We’ve gathered all the essential details to make your event planning experience as seamless as possible. From rental policies to setup services, you’ll find answers to the most common questions about our decor rentals and event design services. Can’t find what you’re looking for? FAQ 1

Do you deliver outside of the Hampton Roads area?

Sorry, we do not. We currently only deliver to customers in the Hampton Roads area.

FAQ 2

How do I get my rental?

We make it a smooth and easy transaction to get your items on time with the option that

works best for you. We can deliver your rented items to you the day before your event and 

pick them up the next business day after your event.  We also do same day event drop off

and pick up (our most popular option).

FAQ 3

What will the chair covers, sashes and/or tablecloths look like when I

receive them? Do I need to iron them?

All linen will be cleaned for you and ready to use right away. No, we don’t iron them. We

fold them while they are still warm and place them in a plastic bin in order to minimize

wrinkling. There is always some wrinkling though. Yes, it is OK for you to iron them to

remove any wrinkles.

How can I pay for the rental?

Currently we only accept Debit/Credit Card payments.

FAQ 5

Is a deposit required to reserve a rental?

Yes, a 25% refundable deposit is required in order to reserve your order. The remaining

balance is due before your items can be delivered.

Do I have to wash/clean the rented linen when I am done using

them?

No

Is there a charge for missing items?

Yes. If any items are missing, the renter is responsible for the full replacement cost.

FAQ 8

What if I cancel, do I get my money back?

Yes, in the event of a cancellation, the 25% deposit will be refunded back to you.

FAQ 9

Is design/setup/breakdown included in the rental price?

No. You are responsible for designing, setting up and breaking down yourself. However,

we offer assistance with design/setup/breakdown for an additional charge. If you need assistance, please request this during initial inquiry.
